Villa Zarita is a top bungalow where everything is on the ground floor. The villa with private swimming pool is located on a fenced plot in the quiet Condado del Jaruco district, very close to the supermarket and 2 kilometers from the center with all the nice shops, terraces, discos and the beach. A car is not necessary but if you do come by car it can be parked in the driveway of the villa or in the street in front of the door.

Villa Zarita is suitable for 10 people and can be expanded to 11 people. The bedrooms will be adjusted at the beginning of 2020. The layout of the 4 bedrooms then becomes 1 room with a double bed, 1 room with 2x a single bed and 2 rooms with 3x a single bed.

Outside you will find a wonderful opportunity to sunbathe and relax by the swimming pool. On the terrace by the brick BBQ you can have a nice dinner and for some action you can play a game of table tennis. Villa Zarita offers everything for a good holiday!The room and bed configuration 2020 will change to 4 bedrooms: 1x double, 1x 2 individual, 2x 3 individual beds.
