HOW TO LOOK FOR A VILLA?

Use the browser on the home page to look for all villas we have available at the time. You can also search them by typing any key word on the browser or simply by clicking "Search". You can also narrow down the search by "Region" or "Categories".

 

HOW TO ACCESS THE VILLA DETAILS?

Once you are done with the search, you will enter the house list. If you like to know more about any of them, you will just have to click on the image. All the villas that appear on the Sunseahouse web are linked to a calendar for availability which is constantly updated. For better understanding, you will see the calendar divided into colors: "blue" meaning "available week", "red" meaning "busy week", and "yellow" meaning" "week pending of confirmation".

 

CAN I TAKE MY PET?

Sunseahouse believes that many people consider their pet as another member of the family, so it also deserves to have its own holiday. That's why at Sunseahouse allows pets to be accomodated at some of their villas. You will only have to specify you want to bring your pet when going through "Search". Each villa also has a description in which you can see if it has any extras.

 

CAN I HAVE THE ADDRESS OF A VILLA TO LOOK FOR IT ON GOOGLE?

On our website of Sunseahouse you will find attached to each villa description a map from Google Maps corresponding to the area where the villa is located. Once you have finished your booking, you will be provided with a dossier containing the house address and all the necessary information so you can arrange your holidays as comfortably and safely as possible.

 

CAN I TAKE MORE PEOPLE THAN THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TENANTS SPECIFIED ON THE WEB?

Each villa has a maximum number of tenants allowed. If you plan to exceed that number, you should get in touch with us in advance in order to find an appropriate solution. Otherwise, we have the right to report the signed contract.

 

HOW CAN I BOOK A VILLA?

Once you have chosen your villa, either call us following the menu "Contact" which is on the right of the house details, or send us an email to info@sunseahouse.com. We will immediately get in touch with you to let you know the booking details. Some of our villas have restrictions regarding age of the tenants and animals. These restrictions are mentioned on the house details as well as on the summary listed as icons. Once you have finished your booking, it is understood that the the tenant accepts to accomplish the accomodation rules.

 

HOW CAN MY PAYMENT GO THROUGH?

You can pay for your booking, rent or deposit either by credit card or by PayPal from the same website www.sunseahouse.com. This type of payment involves an extra 4% on the price. Your payment can also go through a bank transfer. Our bank details will be provided to you via e-mail. This type of payment is subject to particular taxes set by each financial entity. Your payment type will have to be notified to us via e-mail to i info@sunseahouse.com. Once your payment has gone through, please send an e-mail to info@sunseahouse.com with a copy of your bank receipt as well as the name of your villa and your stay period.

 

WHAT DOCUMENTS SHOULD I HAVE WHEN I ARRIVE?

Upon arrival you will only have to bring a copy of your reservation contract and a passport identifying you as the house renter.

 

HOW DO I PAY THE DEPOSIT? WHEN AND HOW WILL I GET IT BACK?

The refundable deposit can be paid before arrival either by Credit Card, by PayPal on the same website www.sunseahouse.com, or by bank transfer. If you want to pay for the deposit upon arrival, you will have to notify it by sending an e-mail toinfo@sunseahouse.com The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer upon leaving and after the villa has been properly inspected. You will receive an e-mail telling you that your deposit is being refunded. The amount of the deposit in a usual house is around 500 euros. If the tenants are under 25, each one will have to pay 150 euros.

 

DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CLEANING?

SERVICE AT THE END

All cleaning services are included on the price of the villa. However, it does not free yourself from leaving the house in good condition. If the house is not in optimal condition, Sunseahouse will have to sanction economically the tenants by charging from the final amount of the deposit. This sanction can originate from a poor hygienic state of the house and surroundings, leaving rubbish outside the house, theft of towels and bedsheets, ...

The details of the sanctions are as follows:

- Cleaning (80 euros)

- Rubbish (50 euros)

- Towels (30 euros)

- Bedsheets (50 euros)

- Garden (150-250€)

 

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL SERVICES?

Sunseahouse offers its customers some additional services with an extra cost. These are, for example, cleaning upon leaving, cleaning during stay, cook, babysitter, extra pool cleaning,... About costs of these and more possibilities, please contact us at info@sunseahouse.com

 

IF THE HOUSE HAS A SWIMMING POOL, IS ITS CLEANING INCLUDED?

Swimming pools are clean and there is not usually an extra cost to keep it clean. The maintenance costs and house expenses are all included on the price. Every house has maintenance staff for outdoor facilities (swimming pool and garden). They all have their own keys so that they can do their job without causing any disturbance to the tenant.

 

IN CASE I HAVE ANY PROBLEM, WHO SHOULD I CALL?

You will find all phone numbers of interest, emergency addresses and even a phoneline open 24 hours a day within the information dossier.

 

ARE THERE BEDSHEETS AND TOWELS?

You will find upon arrival all beds made and a big towel and a small towel for each and every tenant. All bedsheets and towels are included on the price.

 

CAN I BARBECUE?

Most of our houses have an outdoor barbecue or a portable one. During summer Spain is ruled by an strict law enforcement against forest fires. That is why you can only barbecue by using coal, because wood is strongly forbidden. In case you use the barbecue, you will be responsible for cleaning afterwards.

 

WILL ANYBODY TAKE US TO THE VILLA?

Sunseahouse will provide you with detailed information about the location of the house, so it should not be a problem to find it by yourself. Anyway, you will also have a phone number you can contact in case something comes up.
